In accordance with the Texas property code, Chapter 59, The Attic Self Storage at 10949 Walnut Hill Lane, Dallas, TX 75238, will conduct a public auction to satisfy a landlord 's lien. Units will be sold to the highest bidder for cash. Seller reserves the right to withdraw any unit or not accept any bid at time of sale. Sale will be held on Storagetreasures.com, beginning on May 12th, 2026 and ending on May 19th at 7:00 pm. A deposit may be required for removal and cleanup.
