LEGAL NOTICE The Frisco Police Department is currently holding the following: a firearm, (3) phones, a laptop, and (2) Ipads. From the date of this publication, the rightful owner has ninety (90) days to come forward and claim the property. Anyone with a legitimate claim should be prepared to provide an accurate description, including denominations, approximate date and location of loss. If not claimed, the property will be disposed of in accordance with Article 18.17(c) of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedures.
