Broad Street, 3rd Floor Columbus, OH 43215-6127 In the Matter of: Karla Isabel Vargas Del Aguila 26-CRF-0078 On April 8, 2026, the State Medical Board of Ohio sent a non-disciplinary Notice of Opportunity for Hearing to Ms. Vargas Del Aguila via registered email to her email address of record with no response. A copy of the Notice is available at www.elicense.ohio.gov. The Notice states that the State Medical Board of Ohio proposes to deny your reciprocity application for a license to practice as a physician assistant in Ohio due to alleged failure to meet all reciprocity application requirements. Ms. Vargas Del Aguila is entitled to a hearing in this matter if such hearing is requested within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice. Ms. Vargas Del Aguila may appear at such hearing in person, by her attorney, or by such other representative permitted to practice before this agency, or she may present his position, arguments or contentions in writing.
