Federal Reserve Board Notice of Application for Formation of Bank Holding Company Longhorn Medical Holdings, Inc., of Tyler, Texas, has filed an application with the Federal Reserve Board (the “Board”) for permission to become a bank holding company and acquire another bank holding company, Robert Lee Bancshares, Inc. We intend to acquire control of Robert Lee State Bank, Robert Lee, Texas. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application, including the record of performance of banks we own in helping to meet local credit needs. You are invited to submit comments in writing on this application to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, P.O. Box 655906, Dallas, Texas 75365-5906.
