Applications will be accepted for a limited time.     One- and two-bedroom apartments are available. Units are limited.     LOCATION  Wheatley Park Senior Living  910 N. ELIGIBILITY  Applicants and all household members must meet the following criteria:      o The head of household or    spouse/co-head must be 62    years of age or older.      o Meet HUD citizenship or      immigration requirements      o Meet the applicant selection      criteria and complete an      application appointment      o Meet screening requirements      related to criminal activity and   have a good or acceptable      rental history      o No family members engaged in    any drug-related and/or      criminal activity that threatens    the life, health, safety, or right    to peaceful enjoyment of the    premises by other residents      o Annual income that does not      exceed HUD limits (at or below    50% of Area Median Income    (AMI) based on family size)      o No outstanding debt to      Opportunity Home or any other    federally assisted housing    HOW TO APPLY  Apply online at homesa.org/apply.
