NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATIONS FOR RETAIL BEER OFF PREMISES, GROCERY STORE WINE & SMALL FARM WINE - RETAIL PERMITS Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed applications with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas for permits to sell wines produced at Small Farm Wineries, grocery store wine and beer retail to be carried out and not consumed on the premises describes as: 2324 North Stateline Ave. Texarkana, AR Miller County Said application was filed on February 27, 2026. The undersigned stated that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; the she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within (5) years last pas; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of Arkansas, or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
