IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MILLER COUNTY, ARKANSAS PROBATE DIVISION IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SHIRLEY JEAN BEARD ROBERTS, DECEASED CAUSE NO. 46PR-25-237 NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE Last known address of Decedent: 3895 Miller County 155, Doddridge, Arkansas 71834 Date of Death: September 21, 2025 An administration upon the Estate of Shirley Jean Beard Roberts, Deceased, who died testate, was Ordered on Thursday, April 16, 2026, and the undersigned have been appointed Co-Executors thereunder. Contest of the administration of the Estate can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. All persons having claims against the Estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned at the address indicated below within six months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate.
