Weatherford, 2nd floor, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, on March 09, 2026, which is the first Monday after the expiration of Ten (10) days from the date of publication, then and there to answer said Application for Letters of Independent Administration Pursuant to Section 401.003 of the Texas Estates Code and for Determination of Heirship of MARCELLIS ALEX RAYSHAUN BARRETT AKA MARCELIS ALEX BARRETT AKA MARCELIS ALEX RAYSHAUN BARRETT filed on February 19, 2026 and show cause why this Court should not render a determination of heirs and only heirs in the estate of BOYD RAY BARRETT, DECEASED.
