NOTICE TO CREDITORS NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DEBRA ANN FAGAN, DECEASED: Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Debra Ann Fagan, Deceased, were issued to Miranda JoAnn Fagan, who qualified on March 25, 2026, in Cause No. 2026-PR00393-2 in Probate Court No. Two, Tarrant County, Texas, which is still pending, and that Miranda JoAnn Fagan now holds such Letters.
