CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF WALKER To: The unknown heirs, surviving spouses, legal representatives, successors and assigns of HARRISON WILLIAMS, JR., DECEASED: You are hereby commanded to appear before the Honorable County Court at Law of Walker County, Texas, at the Courthouse in Huntsville, Texas, at or before 10:00 a.m. On the first Monday after the expiration of 10 days from the date of publication of this citation, by filing a written answer to the Combined Application for Administration of Intestate Estate and Determination of Heirship filed by ANTHONY WILLIAMS on March 3, 2026, numbered 11038PR and entitled THE ESTATE OF HARRISON WILLIAMS, JR., DECEASED, In the County Court at Law of Walker County, Texas; and to be and appear in said Court on the date and at the time stated above, to show cause, if any you have, why this Court should not appoint ANTHONY WILLIAMS as Administrator of this estate and determine and declare the heirs of HARRISON WILLIAMS, JR., DECEASED, and the interests or shares of the heirs in his estate according to the Combined Application for Administration of Intestate and Determination of Heirship.
