Notice to Creditors TO ALL PERSONS HAV- ING CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RUBY SPELLMAN WEBER, DECEASED Take notice that Letters Testamentary were issued to Mari- anne Weber Rogers on the 15th day of April, 2026, by the County Clerk of Nacogdoches County, Texas in Cause No. PB2614495 before the County Court at Law of Nacogdoches County, Texas, the cause entitled "The Es- tate of Ruby Spellman Weber, deceased." All persons having claims against the estate are required to present the claims to the independent executor in care of Benchoff & Benchoff, P.O. Box 631063, 316 University Drive, Nacogdoches, Texas, 75963, within the time and in the manner prescribed by law. Dated April 16, 2026.
