NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF BERNARD BUGH SPAULDING II, DECEASED Notice is hereby given that Letters of Administration upon the Estate of Bernard Bugh Spaulding II, Deceased were granted to Barbara Jane Spaulding on the 21st day of March, 2026, by the County Court at Law No. l of Rockwall County, Texas in Cause No. P260035.
