NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE to satisfy landlord's lien under Chapter 59, Texas Property Code. Pursuant to the Self-Service Storage Facility Act, the undersigned will sell the personal property described below at public sale to enforce a lien imposed on said property. The Sale opens April 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and will close on or after April 21, 2026 at 10:00 am., subject to extension or postponement without further notice. Auction will be held on www.storagetreasures.com. Property will be sold for cash to the highest bidder at the time of auction. Clean up and removal deposit may be required. Seller reserves the right to withdraw property from the sale and to reject any bidder. Property will be sold in entire contents of each individual storage unit.
