NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING FOR ADOPTION OF 2026 MODEL HEARING PROCEDURES BY THE HENDERSON COUNTY APPRAISAL REVIEW BOARD The Henderson County Appraisal Review Board is scheduled to conduct a public hearing to discuss the adoption of the 2026 Model Hearing Procedures for the Appraisal Review Board. The public hearing is set to take place on Monday, May 12th, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at 1751 Enterprise Street, Athens, Texas. This notification and hearing are in accordance with Texas Tax Code sections 5.103(d) and 41.01(c).
