FINAL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFARIS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CORONAVIRUS AID, RELEIF AND ECONOMIC SECURITY ACT (CDBG-CV) COMMUNITY RESILIENCY PROGRAM (CRP) CONTRACT NO 70800001010 The County of Matagorda has completed their Community Devel- opment Block Grant Contract CDBG-CV CRP Contract Num- ber 70800001010 which was funded by the Texas De- partment of Hous- ing and Community Affairs. This CDBG grant agreement in the amount of one million, four hundred ninety-eight thou- sand, one hundred fifty-three dollars ($1,498,153.00) pro- vided for the expan- sion of the Matago- rda Food Pantry. A final public hearing to review and com- ment on the program performance, includ- ing the actual use of funds for CDBG-CV CRP Contract 70800001010, will be held, beginning at 5:00 p.m., April 27th, 2026 at the County of Matagorda Office Building, 2200 7th St, 4th Floor Con- ference Room, Bay Ci
