City Council Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the City Council acting as the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Bertram will hold a public hearing to amend the zoning district map for downtown Vaughan Street from FM 243 to Henna Street – The Proposal will change the zoning to add a Central Business District Zone – Changing the Zone from Commercial to Central Business District allowing for mix use in the areas to be rezoned. The public hearing before the City Council will be held March 24, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers at 110 East Vaughan Street Bertram, Texas 78605. All citizens will have the opportunity to speak and be heard in regards to the proposed zoning. Information concerning these matters is available for viewing at City Hall, 110 East Vaughan Street, during the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday.
