Rios, applicant, is requesting a non-conforming variance permit for the purpose of placing a double-wide manufactured home in a R-1 (single Family) property. Said property is located at 1603 Lee St. Property (ID 13275 & 13276), CS-LINDA VISTA ADDN, BLOCK 2A, LOT 2 & 3, City of Carrizo Springs, Dimmit County Texas.
