NOTICE OF HEARING RELATING TO ORIGINAL PETITIONS AS SUPPLEMENTED FOR EXCLUSION OF LANDS FROM LOWER VALLEY WATER DISTRICT AND ANNEXATION OF LANDS IN SUBSTITUTION THEREOF NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of Lower Valley Water District willhold a hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at Lower Valley Water District, 1557 FM RD 1110, Clint, Texas 79836, to consider original petitions as supplemented on file with the District for exclusion of land or other property from the District and for annexation of other land and property into the District in substitution thereof pursuant to Sections 49.301, et seq., and 54.739, et seq., Texas Water Code, and other applicable law. The Board of Directors will hear testimony and other evidence from all interested persons on whether the original petitions as supplemented for exclusion of land from the District and the annexation of the other land into the District in substitution thereof should be approved. All interested persons may present and offer evidence and testimony in support of the original petitions as supplemented or may contest the original petitions as supplemented and offer evidence and testimony in support of the contest.
