NOTICE OF PROPOSED PORT OF CORPUS CHRISTI AUTHORITY FRANCHISE FOR BUCKEYE TEXAS HUB, LLC The Port of Corpus Christi Authority is considering granting a Franchise to Buckeye Texas Hub, LLC, that would give the Company the right to access the Corpus Christi Ship Channel from the Company's docks and wharves on the Company's property located on the southside of the Tule Lake Turning Basin and the Viola Channel upon the terms and conditions specified in the Franchise. A complete copy of the Franchise is posted on the Authority's website at www.portofcc.com. You may also obtain a complete copy of the Franchise from the Authority's Director of Real Estate Services by calling 361-885-6140.
