NOTICE of Federal Program Planning for Mildred ISD The Mildred Independent School District is currently in the planning process for the 2026-2027 Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Consolidated Federal Application for the following programs: Title I, Part A - Improving Basic Programs Title I, Part C - Migrant Education Title II, Part A - Supporting Effective Instruction Title III, Part A ? English Language Acquisition, Language Enrichment and Academic Enrichment Title IV, Part A - Student Support and Academic Enrichment Campus eligibility for Title I, Part A is based on low-income data and academic need. Private Nonprofit Schools and/or homeschools with government nonprofit status that serve students living within Mildred ISD boundaries and that are interested in receiving program information on participation and/or providing input into program planning for services for eligible students may contact Chris Whorton, Superintendent, at 903-872-6505 or 5472 S Hwy 287, Corsicana, Texas, 75109 by May 29, 2026.
