PECAN VALLEY GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT Notice of Proposed Permit Issuance and Public Meeting Notice is given in accordance with Chapter 551, Government Code and Texas Water Code Section 36.404 that the Pecan Valley GCD Board of Directors will hold a public meeting on March 17, 2026 at 9:10 a.m. at the District Office, located at 1009 N.
