CITY OF DRIPPING SPRINGS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION CASE #: CUP2026-001 435 LLOYD LANE DOMESTIC FARM ANIMAL (CHICKENS) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT Public hearings will be held at the City of Dripping Springs Planning & Zoning Commission meeting at 6:00 p.m. on March 24, 2026 and at the City Council Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on April 21, 2026 at Dripping Springs City Hall, 511 Mercer Street, Dripping Springs, Texas, to consider a Conditional Use Permit application for an approximately 1.5158-acre tract located at 435 Lloyd Lane, Dripping Springs, TX 78620, Legal Description: COUNTS ESTATES PHASE TWO (AKA BUTLER RANCH ESTATES), BLOCK B, Lot 8, ACRES 1.5158. Approval of this Conditional Use Permit would allow for the keeping of chickens, which are classified as domestic farm animals, on the property. When Development Services is open, the proposed application is available for viewing at the Dripping Springs Development Services office, located at 661 West Highway 290, during regular business hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If closed to visitors during this period, you can request a review of any documents by emailing planning@cityofdrippingsprings.com. If City Hall is closed to visitors on the day of the meeting, or the meeting is virtual for another reason, the City will post this information on its website at www.cityofdrippingsprings.com so that the public may have access to the meeting.
