WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) El Paso District invites the public to an in-person bicycle hearing with a virtual option regarding El Paso District bicycle projects, programs, and policies affecting bicycle infrastructure and bike accessibility on the state highway system. The in-person public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. MDT at the TxDOT El Paso District headquarters. The virtual public hearing will be available beginning May 13, 2026, at 5:00pm MDT by visiting www.txdot.gov and searching “El Paso Bike Hearing.” TxDOT is seeking public input on bicycle infrastructure, programs, and policies within the El Paso District.
