PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING SUMMIT SENIOR VILLAGE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in accordance with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) regarding the continuation of the Elderly Designation for Summit Senior Village for the remainder of the Extended Use Period.The Development is currently designated for occupancy by elderly households pursuant to its Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA) and TDHCA requirements. The Owner proposes to maintain this designation in compliance with TDHCA Uniform Multifamily Rules, and Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. DATE: April 24, 2026 TIME: 11:00 AM LOCATION: 1101 Lawrence St., Gainesville, TX 76240 All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment. Written comments may be submitted to: MAEDC Gainesville Seniors, L.P, wholly owned by The Development Corporation of Tarrant County, 1509 S.
