The City Of Haltom City LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Haltom City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 12, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m., at 4801 Haltom Road, Haltom City, Texas to consider the following: CU-001-26 Application of Stephanie Pacheco requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Tattoo and/or Piercing Studio use in the '93C-3'94 Commercial District, on Lot 2, Block 45 of the Springdale Addition, being approximately 0.1721 acres, locally known as 2201 North Beach Street. CU-002-26 Application of Kevin Smuckler for a Conditional Use Permit for Commercial Amusement (indoors) in the '93PD-C-2'94 Planned Development '96 Mixed Use District, located on Lot 7, Block 2, of the Mercantile 820 Logistics Subdivision, being approximately 1.395 acres of land, locally known as 3990 North East Loop 820, Suite 275. Z-001-26 Application of Stanely Redding requesting a rezone from '93M-1'94 Industrial to '93M-2'94 Heavy Industrial located on Tract 14, Abstract 24, of the John Akers Survey, being approximately 6.977 acres of land, locally known as 5722 Airport Freeway.
