NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code, 
FreeUp Storage Huntsville, 20 FM 1791, Huntsville, TX, 77340 will hold a public sale 
to satisfy a landlord?s lien of the property stored by the following tenants at the 
storage facility. The sale will occur as an online auction via www.storagetreasures.com on Wednesday April 15, 2026 at 12:00 pm and sold to the highest bidder. Deposit for 
removal and cleanup may be temporarily required. Seller reserves the right to 
reject any bid and to withdraw property from sale. General description of contents:
