NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN TO ALL IN- TERESTED PARTIES THAT: An application for a variance has been sub- mitted for 54 Nelson Court requesting a variance to construct a residential dwelling within the setback requirements of 25 feet as per the zoning code 155.035 E (1) of the Jones Creek Code of Ordinances “Setback requirements from front lot line 25 feet”. The property is zoned R-1 single family residen- tial structures, requiring that we notify all ad- jacent property owners within 200 feet. A public hearing will be held by and before the Board of Adjustments of the Village of Jones Creek, Texas on May 19, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Community Hall, 7207 Ste- phen F Austin Rd, with a Regular Called Council Meeting to follow. At such time and place all such persons have the right to ap- pear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interest in the things and matters herein mentioned will take notice.
