Pursuant to Chapter 59 Texas Property Code, 1173 Storage located at 3985 FM 1173, Krum, Texas will hold public auction of property being sold to satisfy a landlord's lien.Sale will be Tuesday March 31, 2026 at 12:00 noon at 1173 Storage. All buyers must register prior to the sale and a $100 refundable deposit (CASH) will be required on EACH unit purchased and cleaning/sweeping of unit is required. Deposit will be refunded upon final removal. Property will be sold to highest bidder for CASH ONLY. No checks will be accepted. Seller reserves the right to not accept any bid and withdraw any unit from sale. Property sold by space or by piece. Property being sold includes contents in space of the following tenants.
