The Towers, LLC is proposing to con- struct a 199-foot tall self-supporting lat- tice telecommunica- tions structure near 673 Walnut Hill Road, Lufkin, Angelina Coun- ty, Texas (31° 19' 23.8" N, 94° 46' 23.9" W). The proposed tower is an- ticipated to utilize FAA Style E (medium in- tensity, dual red/white strobes) lighting. The Towers, LLC invites comments from any interested party on the impact the pro- posed undertaking may have on any dis- tricts, sites, buildings, structures, or objects significant in Amer- ican history, archae- ology, engineering, or culture that are listed or determined eligible for listing in the National Regis- ter of Historic Places.
