NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING TO CONSIDER THEREAUTHORIZATION OF GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA GOVERNING TAXABATEMENT FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTSIN BOSQUE COUNTY SCHEDULED FOR MAY 26th, 2026.Pursuant to Local Government Code 111.007, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will beheld at the Bosque County Courthouse, in the County Courtroom, located at 110 South MainStreet, Meridian, Texas on May 26th, 2026, at 9:00 am. The Bosque County Commissioners Courtwill consider the proposed Tax Abatement Guidelines and Criteria. Any person may attend andparticipate in the hearing, and all citizens are encouraged to attend. At the conclusion of thepublic hearing, the Commissioners Court may take action on the proposed Tax AbatementGuidelines and Criteria.
