NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is notice that the Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Monday, April 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. and the City Council will meet Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Rm 119 of the Nacogdoches City Hall, located at 202 E. Pilar Street, Nacog- doches, Texas, to consider the following: Public Hearing: Discuss and consider action on Specific Use Permit Case SUP2026-03 re- garding a Specific Use Permit request for a Util- ity Facility (Major) in a R-2, Single Family district on one (1) parcel of land approximately 2.91 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Nacogdoches Central Appraisal District Parcel 25733 ; and generally located on the south side of SE Stallings Drive approximately 200 feet west of Lovaire Drive, Nacogdoches, Texas.
