NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Oak Point Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Thursday May 7th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in City Hall located at 100 Naylor Road, Oak Point, TX 75068. This notice is regarding the following requests:PUBLIC HEARING/VARIANCE: A request for a variance to the Side Yard Setback for an addition of a Single Family Residence, reducing the side yard setback from 20' as required by the zoning standards of Planned Develop District No. 2 to a distance 10' at 932 Tourmaline Cove, Oak Point, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING/VARIANCE: A continuation of a request for a variance to the Side Yard Setback and Height Requirements for an accessory structure, reducing the side yard setback from 10' as required by the zoning standards of the R-4X zoning district to requested distance a distance 7' and to also allow for a structure within the side yard setback to be over the height of 10' at 805 Lakeshore Boulevard, Oak Point, Texas.
