The Auc- tion will start on April 16, 2026, At 7;00pm and end at 7:00 PM on April 23, 2026, or thereafter. Property will be sold as-is to the highest bidder for cash. Cleanup & removal deposit is required. Seller re- serves the right to withdraw property from sale.
