Public hearing on multifamily housing project financing scheduled for March 16, 2026.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  LAS VARAS PUBLIC FACILITY CORPORATION  MULTIFAMILY HOUSING   GOVERNMENTAL NOTES       NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a telephonic public hearing to be held by Las Varas Public Facility Corporation (the "Governmental Lender") on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.  Interested parties may join the public hearing on the date and the time indicated above by dialing 1-855-282-6330 (US Toll Free) and, when prompted, entering the meeting code 2663 346 5102.     The hearing is regarding the issuance of obligations by the Governmental Lender, which may be issued pursuant to a plan of finance in one or more series, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $45,000,000 (the "Notes").  The Notes will be issued as exempt facility Notes for qualified residential rental projects pursuant to section 142(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code").  Proceeds of the Notes will be loaned to Lakeside Lofts Ltd. or an affiliate thereof (collectively, the "Borrower") to finance the costs of the acquisition, construction and equipping of an approximately 336-unit multifamily housing facility (the "Project") that will be located at approximately 5726 US Highway 87 E, San Antonio, TX 78222.  The Borrower will be the initial owner and principal user of the Project.    All interested persons are invited to express their views with respect to the Project and the issuance of the Notes.  Questions or requests for additional information may be directed to the Governmental Lender at 818 South Flores, San Antonio, TX 78204. Any interested persons unable to dial into the hearing, but who would like to express their views with respect to the Project and the issuance of the Notes, may submit their views in writing to the Governmental Lender at the address above prior to the date scheduled for the hearing.    This notice is published and the above-described hearing is to be held in satisfaction of the requirements of section 147(f) of the Code.
