NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF TERRELL HILLS The Board of Adjustment of the City of Terrell Hills will meet on Wednesday March 25, 2026 at 4:30 pm at Terrell Hills City Hall, 5100 N. New Braunfels Ave, San Antonio, TX to discuss/take action on the following requests for variance to the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 9 – Planning and Development Regulations, §9.02.006 Dimensional Standards for Residential Zone Districts A and A-1, of the City's Code of Ordinances: a.) Consider a request by Elizabeth Braden, on behalf of Suzanne Gazda, for a variance to Section 9.02.006 Figure A to construct a paved driveway at side property line, rather than required 2ft minimum side setback, at 420 Geneseo Road. b.) Consider a request by Gene Luna, on behalf of Wendy Kowalik and Michael Brysch, for a variance to Section 9.02.006 Figure A to extend existing attached garage at six (6) side setback, rather than required ten (10) ft minimum side setback, at 917 Canterbury Hill. c.) Consider a request by Steadfast Construction LLC for a variance to Section 9.02.006 Figure A to allow construction of a primary structure with (i) 43 foot front setback, (ii) 10-foot rear setback, and (iii) rear bulk plane encroachment at 200 Zambrano. d.)
