PUBLIC NOTICE MORATORIUM ON NEW RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOP- MENT The City Coun- cil of Santa Clara Texas is mov- ing forward with a Temporary Moratorium on New residen- tial and commer- cial development in the City Lim- its and Extraterri- torial Jurisdiction. The moratori- um is for the pur- pose of conduct- ing an impact fee/ living unit equiva- lent fee for drain- age and pub- lic improvements related to flood- ing. The city will not accept new develop- ments for up to 180 days. Prior to the implemen- tation of the mor- atorium the city will conduct two public hearings. March 9th at 6:30 pm and March 23rd at 6:30pm at Santa Clara City Hall located at 1653 N.
