Public Notice ExxonMobil is proposing to construct a new telecommunication 190' self-supporting tower located about 12.6 miles due north of Stanton, Texas near CR 3400 & HWY 137. In accordance to the NEPA and the Section 106 review by SHPO, an evaluation is being conducted of the potential impacts the proposed tower facility may have on historical properties in the vicinity.
