PUBLIC HEARING NOTICECITY OF IOWA COLONY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCKGRANT PROGRAMIn accordance with Texas Administrative Code, Title 4, Part 1, Section 30.7, theCity of Iowa Colony will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on February 25, 2026,at City Hall regarding the submission of an application to the Texas Departmentof Agriculture (TDA) for one or more Texas Community Development BlockGrant Program (TxCDBG) grants for Program Year 2026. The City may be eligibleto participate in the Community Development Fund, Downtown RevitalizationProgram, or other CDBG grant programs managed by the TDA. The purpose of thismeeting is to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the citizen participation plan,the development of local housing and community development needs, the amountof TxCDBG funding available, all eligible TxCDBG activities, and the use of pastTxCDBG funds.
