Notice to Bidders Randall County (www.randallcounty.gov) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the reconstruction of base material for various County Roads entitled: 2026-471-11: County Road Rehabilitation Proposals shall be received at the Randall County Finance Center, Attn: Ricky Garcia, Purchasing Agent, 501 16th Street, Suite 300, Canyon, TX 79015 until 2:00 PM on March 12, 2026. Interested parties are expected to inspect the site of the work and inform themselves regarding all local conditions. Bid specifications will be available by contacting the Randall County Purchasing Department at 806-468-5546 or emailing purchasing@randallcounty.gov. Specs will also be published at www.beaconbid.com beginning February 12, 2026. A 5% bid bond must accompany proposal submittal. A Performance and Payment Bond of 100% of total project will be submitted by awarded vendor within 10 days after award of proposal by Randall County Commissioner's Court. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who provides the most responsive proposal to Randall County based on the evaluation factors set forth in the request for proposal.
