DIMMITT INDPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT COMPANY (FSMC) Dimmitt ISD is accepting competitive sealed proposals for a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) for management services of its food service program.
