NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Potter County Purchasing Agent's Office will receive sealed proposals until 10:00 A.M. CDT on March 20, 2026, at 900 S. Polk, Suite 604, Amarillo, TX 79101 for the following: RFP #1278-26 – Full HVAC Maintenance Proposal The Potter County Commissioners' Court reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Multi-year contracts are subject to appropriation by the Commissioners' Court. Further information and specifications may be secured from the Potter County Purchasing Agent's Office at 900 S. Polk, Suite 604, Amarillo, TX 79101, by calling (806)349-4819, or at the following website Bonfire(https://co-potter-tx.bonfirehub.com/opportunities). Bids will open at 11:00 A.M. CDT, on March 20, 2026.
