Welsh Survey, Abstract No. 115, Liberty County, Texas, being a portion of a tract conveyed to the City by instrument recorded under File No. 2022-185790, Official Public Records of Chambers County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds in an instrument on file with the City Secretary. Procedure for Submitting Offers to Exchange.
