January 12, 2026 BEAUMONT ENTERPRISE LUMBERTON, TEXAS 77657 RE: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City of Lumberton will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers, City Hall, located at 836 N. Main, Lumberton, Texas, to discuss and consider the following: 1) For the purpose of discussion and consideration on a variance request sub- mitted by Dustin Feldman to encroach upon the north side building setback line to within 5.88' from the property line to pour concrete for the sanitation dump- ster. He would also ask for a variance to encroach upon the east rear building setback line to pour concrete for parking to within .87' from the rear property line. He is requesting a variance for the access easement to be 22' and only be poured north/south for half of the lot. The detention pond will not allow the con- nection to the south property line.
