NOTICE OF REQUIREMENT TO COMPLY WITH SUBDIVISIONAND SERVICE EXTENSION POLICY OFLITTLE HOPE-MOORE WATER SUPPLY CORPORATIONPursuant to Chapter 13.2502 of the Texas Water Code, Little Hope-Moore WaterSupply Corporation hereby gives notice that any person who subdivides land bydividing any lot, tract or parcel of land, within the service area of Little Hope-MooreWater Supply Corporation, Certificate of Convenience and Necessity No. 11263, inVan Zandt County, into two or more lots or sites for the for the purpose of sale ordevelopment, whether immediate or future, including re-subdivision of land for whicha plat has been filed and recorded or requests more than two water service connectionson a single contiguous tract of land must comply with the SUBDIVISION POLICYcontained in Little Hope-Moore Water Supply Corporation's Tariff.Little Hope-Moore Water Supply Corporation is not required to extend retailwater utility service to a service applicant in a subdivision where the developer ofthe subdivision has failed to comply with the SUBDIVISION POLICY.Among other requirements, the Subdivision Policy requires:Applicable elements of the Subdivision Policy, depending on the specific circumstancesof the subdivision service may include:Evaluation by Little Hope-Moore Water Supply Corporation of the impact aproposed subdivision service extension will make on Little Hope-Moore Water SupplyCorporation's water supply system and payment of the costs for this evaluation;Payment of fees for reserving water supply capacity;Forfeiture of reserved water supply service capacity for failure to pay applicable fees;Payment of costs of any improvements to Little Hope-Moore Water SupplyCorporation's system that are necessary to provide the water service;Construction according to design approved by Little Hope-Moore Water SupplyCorporation and dedication by developer of water facilities within the subdivisionfollowing inspection.Little Hope-Moore Water Supply Corporation's Tariff and a map showing LittleHope-Moore Water Supply Corporation's service area may be reviewed at Little Hope-Moore Water Supply Corporation's office at 150 FM 16, Canton, Texas; the Tariffand service area map also are filed and recorded at the Public Utility Commission inAustin, Texas and may be reviewed by contacting the PUC, Central Records, at 512-936-7180 for assistance.
