Carl Jeffrey Anderson and Leslie Megan Anderson have filed in the County Court at Law of Panola County, an Application for Judgment Declaring Heirship and for Issuance of Letters of Administration in the Estate of Robert Wayne Anderson, Deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of Robert Wayne Anderson, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in said estate.
