LEGAL NOTICE By order of the Commissioners Court of Collin County, Texas, sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent, located at 2300 Bloomdale Road, Suite 3160, McKinney, TX 75071, until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 26, 2026, for Competitive Sealed Proposal Myers Park Granary and Confinement Building Restoration (CSP No. 2026-138) (C.O. No. 2026-192-02-16). A Pre-Proposal conference will be held at 7117 Co Rd 166, McKinney, TX 75071 on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Information regarding the Pre-Proposal conference is available at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/collincountytx. Proposers shall use lump sum pricing. Contractor must furnish one (1) year maintenance bond, performance and payment bonds within ten (10) consecutive calendar days following award of contract.
