ORDINANCE NO. 2026-07: AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PROSPER, TEXAS, AMENDING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-52 (PD-52) BY REZONING A TRACT OF LAND CONSISTING OF 10.8 ACRES MORE OR LESS SITUATED IN THE COLLIN COUNTY SCHOOL LAND SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 147, TOWN OF PROSPER, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR REPEALING, SAVING AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSES; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THE CAPTION HEREOF.
