ADVERTISMENT FOR PROPOSALS Notice to Proposers The City of Cleburne, Johnson County, Texas is soliciting Sealed Proposals for the following: BID#: 26-03 Improvements to the Lake Marti Loop 16-Inch Water Transmission Main (SH 171 to Sparks Dr) Bids must be received in the office of the City Secretary at 10 N. Robinson Street by 1:30 P.M. (CST), FRIDAY, MARCH 6, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 3:00 P.M. (CST), WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 25, 2026 at 10 N. Robinson Street, Cleburne, Texas. Bids received after the above-specified time will not be considered.
