NOTICE TO CREDITORS, TRUST ESTATE
TO ALL CREDITORS:
The Settlor, Charlene Tonkin, date of birth January 13, 1930, who lived at 306 Westmeadow Drive, Cleburne, TX 76033, died on January 14, 2026. There is no personal representative of the settler's estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Richard Clyde Tonkin and Charlene Tonkin Revocable Living Trust dated July 3, 2012 as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to Kathy A. Wachs, Successor Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
