PUBLIC NOTICES NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applica- tions under Article 2544, et sez R.C.S. 1925, For BRAZORIA COUNTY DRAINAGE DIS- TRICT NO. 8 Depository will be received by the Commissioners of said district at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 12th, 2026, and publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Danbury City Hall, 6105 Fifth Street, Danbury, Texas, in accordance with the specifications prepared by said board. All usual rights of acceptance or rejection are reserved. A CONTRACT FOR SAID DEPOS- ITORY shall be made for two (2) years after opening and tabulation of said bids (March 12, 2026 through February 28, 2028). A certified check in the amount of $500.00 is required.(A Cashier's Check or Bank Money Order is not acceptable) Bids may be mailed to be received no later than the above mentioned meeting time to Brazoria County Drainage District No.8, P.O.
